2. Purpose
These Terms of Sale ("CGV") apply to all paid orders placed with LANNE DIGITAL PORTAL - FZCO, including subscriptions, API credits, prepaid packages, hosting plans and any other digital products or services offered on https://lannetech.ae or associated platforms.
By placing an order, the customer ("Buyer") accepts these CGV without restriction, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. Products and services
We provide digital services including, but not limited to: access to AI APIs (text, image, audio, video), software-as-a-service platforms, hosting, and related technical support. Product descriptions, pricing and features are displayed on our website or dashboard at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify our catalogue, pricing and features. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed, except for recurring subscriptions notified in accordance with Section 8.
4. Orders and contract formation
A contract is formed when the Buyer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation by email or through the account dashboard. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, suspected fraud, or violation of our terms.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout (typically USD or EUR unless otherwise stated).
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT or other taxes may apply depending on the Buyer's location.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
- Access to paid services may be suspended in case of failed payment or chargeback until the balance is settled.
6. Delivery of digital services
Digital services are delivered electronically upon successful payment. API credits, subscription access or account upgrades are typically activated immediately or within a few minutes. If activation is delayed, contact contact@lannetech.ae with your order reference.
7. API credits and usage
Prepaid credits and usage-based billing are consumed according to the rates published in our documentation or dashboard. Unused credits may expire as stated at purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific models or endpoints, which may change based on provider availability.
8. Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the account dashboard or by contacting support. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
9. Right of withdrawal
For consumers located in jurisdictions granting a statutory cooling-off period, digital services begin immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout and requesting immediate access, the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully delivered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For business customers (B2B), no statutory withdrawal right applies unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our dedicated Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these CGV.
11. Buyer obligations
The Buyer agrees to:
- Provide accurate billing and contact information.
- Use purchased services in compliance with applicable laws and our Terms of Use.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys.
- Pay all charges incurred under the account.
12. Liability
Our liability for paid services is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the incident, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or failures attributable to third-party providers, force majeure or misuse of the Services by the Buyer.
13. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, network outages, strikes or failures of third-party infrastructure or AI providers.
14. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with sales is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Disputes
These CGV are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution by contacting contact@lannetech.ae.
